Artichoke soup (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, discard tougher leaves, cut the ends, place them in salted water with the juice of 1 lemon.
Cook in the broth for about 15 minutes or so, the carrots and leeks, then add the artichokes, cut into chunks, parsley and, if necessary, 1 pinch of salt, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve in dishes, combining each, 1 jar of yogurt and a dash of lemon.

- 6 artichokes
- 4 sliced leeks
- 3 sliced carrots in a wheelchair
- Chopped parsley
- 150 cl of meat broth degreased
- 4 cups of yoghurt
- 1 1/2 of lemons (juice)
