Mini brioche with ham
Instructions
Cut the ham dice (discard the fat-free).
Put it in a pan with a teaspoon of butter and cook over medium heat until the butter begins to sizzle.
Squirt with the port and wait for evaporate altogether.
Let ham cool completely and place it in the bowl of a blender or a food processor.
Season with a little salt and a pinch of sweet paprika.
Blend on speed pretty backed up.
Lower speed and add little by little cold butter.
Soon you will be completely incorporated, remove the mousse from the Cup, taste and adjust salt if necessary.
Cut the brioche in half and spread them with ham mousse.
Keep them waiting in the refrigerator in a sealed Bowl properly closed or covered with plastic.

- 30 mini brioche shaped like a ready-made croissants
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of ham
- 1 tablespoon of porto wine
- Salt
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika
