Instructions
Wash and dry both carrots and courgettes.
Then cut them into rings.
Melt in saucepan 1 butter and add chopped onion and diced ham.
Let Cook for 3 minutes, then add the vegetables.
Combine the wine, pepper, salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 400 g of carrots and zucchini
- 1 1/2 of onion
- 50 g of ham
- Chopped parsley
- 100 g of butter
- 3/4 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
