Hot mocha in cognac
Instructions
Mix cognac, sugar, coffee and hot chocolate and warm over low heat, preventing them from reaching the boiling point.
Pour into two glasses of cognac.
Mount the cream and place it on the surface of the mixture.
Sprinkle with the chocolate.

- 6 cl of cognac
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 25 cl of hot coffee
- 25 cl of hot chocolate
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- Grated chocolate
