Hot peaches
Instructions
Drain peaches from the syrup and blend 2.
Blend in the mixer amaretti and dried fruit.
Combine the egg yolks, peach puree, chopped fruit and biscuits, honey and a touch of cinnamon.
Mix well and divide the mixture in the other half peaches.
Arrange them in a shallow baking dish greased with butter and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 half peach compote
- 8 amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of mixed dried fruits (walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of fluid honey
- Cinnamon powder
- Butter
