Instructions
Carefully Peel the chestnuts and boil for a few minutes in order to remove the skin that covers.
Clean when they put them to cook in milk and sugar until it will be light.
Then pass through a sieve twice to obtain a smooth cream and let it cool.
You can possibly spice up the mixture with a spoon of liquor of your choice.
Place the chestnut cream on the serving dish, giving it the shape of a mountain that cover with plenty of whipped cream flavored with vanilla.
You can decorate your preparation with small pieces of marrons glacés and candied violets.
