Instructions
Grate the chocolate and melt in a double boiler; remove from heat and add the butter.
When the cream is polished, amalgamate the two egg yolks.
Whip the egg whites with vanilla sugar and granulated.
Blend the chocolate cream.
Pour into cups and keep in the fridge for 12 hours.

- 150 g of chocolate
- 80 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 30 g of granulated sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
