Chocolate mousse (4)
Instructions
Break up and divide the eggs: whip egg whites until foamy, then do the same with slightly sweetened whipped cream.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture fluffy.
Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie: mix the milk to the egg yolks and heat fresh focus.
When it begins to thicken add the melted chocolate, stirring vigorously.
Gently stir the cream and then the egg whites, trying not to remove the mixture.
Pour the mousse into individual cups that rest in the refrigerator for at least eight hours.

- 2 cups of whole milk
- 2 cups of cream
- 300 g of chocolate
- 70 == G caster sugar
