Instructions
Mix liquid ingredients together; in another bowl mix the solid ingredients (including cheese); Add liquids to solids, stirring as little as possible (don't worry too much of lumps).
Add more if necessary ingredients provided already cooked (i.
e.
stewed onions, bacon, stewed Zucchini).
With a spoon, pour into the ramekins, filling up to two-thirds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 3 cl of milk
- 250 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast for quiches
- 1 egg
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pin 1 of sugar
- 80 g of gruyere cheese
