Sea bass in potato crust, pepperoni and mushrooms
Instructions
Peel potatoes and slice it thinly with special tool, Peel the peppers and reduce check of 2 cm on each side, slice the mushrooms and sauté with a little oil.
Derive from the sea bream of thin slices, place on a baking plate potato slices, alternating with red peppers, above them lay the slices of sea bream and finish with a layer of potatoes and peppers.
Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Arrange on plate with simple garnishing of thyme leaves dipped in oil and accompany sauteed with porcini.
