Instructions
Shelled walnuts and chop as finely as possible the kernels.
Deprived of the gorgonzola crust, split it into pieces and put it in a bowl with stracchino and milk.
Worked all with a fork so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture and allow to rest 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepared with the mixture formed of big balls like nuts and put them in chopped nuts like breadcrumbs.
Put each ball in a toothpick and serve as an appetizer or with aperitifs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of stracchino cheese
- 70 g of strong gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g of nuts
- 2 tablespoons of milk
