Sesame balls
Instructions
Mix the flour with the sugar, the vanilla, 1 teaspoon of ginger and a pinch of yeast.
Combine 1 egg and melted butter but not hot.
Work the mixture then form so many balls the size of a walnut.
Dip in beaten egg and then another rotolarle in sesame seeds.
Place the balls on a lightly greased plate and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 200 g of flour
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- 1 == Pto baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Sesame seeds
