Sesame bread
Instructions
Dissolve yeast with warm water.
Sift flour on work surface, add the wheat germ with a pinch of salt.
Pour the yeast and Knead together the warm water to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Knead the dough for 20 minutes and formed a ball.
Cover it with a towel and let rise for 45 minutes in a sheltered place.
Knead it for 10 minutes and let the loaves that become engraved on the surface.
Cover and let them rise for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook in the oven already warm, to 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes (if you cook too much, cover with aluminum foil.

- 350 g of spelt flour
- 100 g of durum wheat flour
- 50 g of wheat germ
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 1 egg whites slightly beaten
- Salt
