Meat balls soup
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and celery to regular washers; put in pot with cold water.
The meat balls are prepared as follows: put the minced meat in a bowl and add salt, pepper and a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Mix well and adjust seasoning.
Form small balls like nuts and place them on a cutting board.
When the water boils, put the vegetables slowly the meat balls in the pot and cook for about 25 minutes.
Season the soup with vegetable broth nut.

- 350 g of beef and ground beef
- 6 stalks celery green
- 6 potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sprinkling 1 of nutmeg
- 1 nut vegetable broth
