Spring coconut balls
Instructions
Let soften at room temperature butter and knock it in foam with the wooden spoon.
Stir the sugar, then the egg yolk, 150 g grated coconut, amaretti reduced powder and rum.
Stir gently and finally incorporated the egg white until stiff mounted.
Made from this compound many homogeneous measuring balls, put them in the remaining grated coconut and leave them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of amaretti cookies (or biscuits)
- 1 egg
- 100 g of sugar
- 200 g of grated coconut
- 2 cups of rum
