Corn rolls
Instructions
Oven to 180 degrees.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add beaten egg, margarine, and milk.
Mix well and place in a greased baking.
Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of cornmeal
- 125 g of wheat flour
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- == 1 beaten egg
- 25 g of melted margarine
- 12 cl of milk
