History of broccoli
Instructions
1 In saucepan heat oil and slowly rosolarvi the cloves of garlic for 4 minutes.
Remove and add the washed and dried broccoli, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes over head, then add the broth.
To take a boil and add fresh lettuce, washed, dried and chopped and cook for another 5 minutes.
Then mix everything together and serve with slices of toasted bread in the oven.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of florets of broccoli
- 1000 g of lettuce salad
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 140 g of toast
