Past carrots
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into small pieces, add salt and put them in a pot on the fire with a small knob of butter.
Cover with water, add the nut and take them for doneness.
Then pass it through a sieve, add the cream and if the mixture is too thick dilute with a little water.
Heat over a fire without reaching the boil and add salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 5 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion (or leek)
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 vegetable nut
- Butter
