Cold tomato past
Instructions
Blanch for a minute the tomatoes in boiling water, remove seeds and rind and pass them.
Join the past and put sugar in the fridge.
Put the chopped onion in a cheesecloth, squeeze it and add the tomato juice, salt to taste, then add the worcester, lemon juice, cream, pepper, salt.
Join finally language and diced cucumber and basil.

- 5 fleshy ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
- 1 small cucumber
- 100 g of brine language
