Pasta alla borrago officinalis
Instructions
Take a handful of leaves of borraggine per person and they wilt, cut them into strips, in a mixture of oil and onion.
Then you add a tbsp of water, a spoonful of ricotta and a Parmesan cheese (per person) and mix everything.
Pasta, al dente, it should be blown up for a few minutes in the sauce thus obtained.

- Borraggine leaves
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Water
- 4 tablespoons of ricotta
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- Any type pasta
