Pasta carbonara
Instructions
Dice Bacon and FRY on low heat in butter.
Beat the eggs with the cheese, drain the pasta, place it in the pan with the bacon, stir and pour into the bowl with the eggs.
Stir quickly so the eggs become creamy, with the heat of the pasta, season with pepper and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 120 g of bacon
- 40 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of pecorino romano cheese
- Pepper
