Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Place the flour on the work surface and mixed with water, yeast and salt.
The dough should be soft and elastic.
Cover with a wool cloth and let rise next to a source of heat (e.
g.
heater).
Take spoonfuls of dough and dip them in lard to fry.
Brown and serve immediately.

- 40 g of brewer's yeast
- Lard (or olive oil)
