Instructions
Put soaked beans and, separately, the pork rinds if salted.
In a crock pot Cook together, simmered, beans, pork rinds, chopped celery, fennel seeds and olive oil.
Almost finished cooking, add salt and crushed red pepper.
Boil, aside, the half-cooked pasta, add to the beans and let finish cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of dried beans
- 300 g of type pasta tubes
- 100 g of fresh pork pork rinds (or sea)
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 chili
- Salt
