Pasta and fennel
Instructions
Boil spaghetti in lightly salted water in which you have already baked small fennel wild greens, mixed the pasta itself after being shredded.
Add cooking didn of garlic, oil and chilli.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- Salt
- 700 g of wild fennel
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- 5 cl of olive oil extra virgin
