Instructions

Cut an Eggplant slices and salt the slices.

Put on the dough and a regular tomato sauce (with a little onion and Basil).

Fry the Eggplant slices in oil, without impanarle.

Cut the aubergines into small pieces and cooked pasta and sauce mix.
