Boil the vermicelli in boiling water and when they are cooked, drain them, but be careful not to drip dry completely to prevent sticking.
With a fork make small Hanks rolled up.
Dip each bunch in hot lard until they've taken a golden color.
Drain, place them on absorbent paper and then arrange on a serving dish sprinkled with melted Nutella.
