Pastry with thermomix
Instructions
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and knead for 25 seconds to speed 7.
Wrap the dough in a cloth and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes before using it.
Is an excellent base for tarts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of flour
- 130 g of soft butter
- == 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 grated lemon rind
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla baking powder (optional)
