Pasta in sauce
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water.
Meanwhile, Peel and wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Put them in the blender with the cream and 1 pinch of salt.
Blend a few seconds until you get a pink sauce.
In a saucepan melt the butter; combine the sauce, stir and let it just warm.
Drain the pasta al dente, put it in a bowl, pour over the warm sauce, add 1 coarsely ground pepper, stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 2 red peppers
- 100 G = = Cream
- Butter
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
