Bavaroise with amaretti
Instructions
Prepare basic cream vanilla bavarois, following the indications of the recipe's vanilla bavarois.
Crushed amaretti, put them in a bowl, moisten with the liquor mixed with honey and let them flavor.
Put 2/3 of the cream into the mould, place the Center the amaretti and cover with the remaining cream.
Let cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, then put the cake on a serving dish and serve accompanied with a pastry cream (see recipe) flavoured with a cup of coffee.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 vanilla bavarian cream (see recipe)
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 3 cl of kirsch
- 1 tablespoon of honey
