Pears sweet brochettes
Instructions
Peel the pears, discard the cores and cut into cubes, then stick the fruit pulp in long wooden skewers.
Make a Bain-Marie to melt the chocolate bar and when it is completely melted add 2 tablespoons wine or lychee liqueur.
Nappate then your skewers in chocolate sauce and serve your guests how delicious dessert.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 ripe pear soda paste
- 1 tablet of extra bitter dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of liquor (or wine of litchi)
