Instructions

Cook the penne and meanwhile melt the butter in a saucepan combine the brandy and 1/2 cup of cream.

Cook for a few minutes, then add another Cup of cream, seasoning with a little curry powder and salt.

To restrict the gravy, then add the penne, stirring well.
