Penne with mascarpone
Instructions
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry with butter.
Drain the pasta with 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Pour some pasta into a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons mascarpone, a little Bacon, a bit of cooking water.
Pour still paste and then the other ingredients.
At the end add parsley, salt and pepper.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 180 g of mascarpone
- 120 g of bacon (sliced from 120 g)
- 10 g of butter
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
