Penne with radicchio
Instructions
Clean the heads of radicchio from the outer leaves and the stem, wash, drain them and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and let wilt gently chopped onion.
Together with fried diced ham also strips and cook for about 10 minutes.
When the onion begins to color, add the radicchio, add salt, stir and let it cook in covered container for about 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking, if necessary, do a little flame to dry.
Cook the pasta, drain a little al dente and let it jump to 1 minute into the pan with the radicchio.
Off the heat, cream.
grated cheese and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 4 heads treviso radicchio (400 g total)
- 40 g of sweet ham
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese (or cheese grated parmesan)
- Salt
- Pepper
