Penne cream cheese
Instructions
Remove the cheese rind and cut into cubes.
In a large nonstick frying pan and melt the butter sweet flame, add the caciotta cheese cubes and let them melt completely by combining cream and stirring continuously.
Salt and pepper the sauce and remove from fire.
In a saucepan, bring to boiling water and when bubbles, add salt.
Take the dough and cook them al dente.
Transfer the dough into the pan with the sauce.
Put the pan on the fire and let it skip the pasta, stirring, until the pens and the toppings were perfectly melded.
Brought to the table and served in warm dishes.

- 500 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 40 g of butter
- 25 cl of cream
- 1 caciotta cheese smoked
