Peperonata with sea flavour in the microwave
Instructions
Wash and dry the peppers.
With a sharp knife cut in half, give them the seeds and filaments and cut them into small pieces.
Recombine them in a baking dish and add the peeled and crushed garlic with the special tool and oil.
Cook in the microwave at full power for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile wash fast scampi.
Add the peppers, add salt and pepper to taste and cook at full power for 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with the parsley, scented with ground pepper and stir again before serving.

- 1 red pepper small
- 1 small yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper small
- 300 g of peeled prawns
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
