Pears spice pralines
Instructions
Peel the pears and leave them whole.
Place in a saucepan, cover with water.
Add a teaspoon of cinnamon, sugar, cloves, butter and orange peel whole underlying private white bitter skins.
Bake 20 minutes at moderate flame.
Drain pears.
Let reduce by one third the syrup, strain it to the colander, reach into or in a saucepan, add the cream, stir, put on the heat and bring to a boil for two times.
Withdrawn.
Cut pears into slices so thin.
Distribute them in a radial pattern on the serving dish and cover with the cream to spices.
Sprinkle the surface with a pinch of cinnamon.
Serve accompanied with biscuits apart.
