Fish and potatoes
Instructions
Cut the onion into thin strips and FRY in butter over low heat in a large frying pan: the onions must remain clear.
Add the flour and milk a little at a time, stirring until it forms a thick and creamy sauce.
Remove the Pan from heat and add fish cubes and potatoes previously boiled.
Mix gently and season with salt and pepper.
Put on a moderate flame, Cook for about 5 minutes and add the chopped garlic.
Serve hot with slices of rye or wholemeal bread toasted and buttered.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of cake chunks boiled potatoes
- 1 onion
- 600 g of fish halibut cut into small cubes
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 60 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Salt
- White pepper
- To serve:
- Some slices of rye bread (or bread)
- Butter
