Instructions
Clean the fish and cut it into cubes.
Chop the onion and let it dry over low heat with 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the tomato, and when the sauce is very restricted, the fish.
Stir and cook on moderate heat for about 10 minutes, making sure that the cooking is well again.
Add salt, add the parsley and chopped olives, then season a few minutes and serve.
