Peaches with rice
Instructions
Boil the rice in milk to which you have added a pinch of salt and the zest of lemon.
When it is cooked, remove from heat and add the amaretti, 50 g sugar, egg yolks, butter and finally the whipped egg whites.
Cut the peaches in half, remove the core, carved the flesh (which will join the rice) and fill the void with the mixture.
Place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle them with sugar, pour the marsala and cook for 20 minutes.
You can serve hot or cold.

- 150 g of rice
- 4 yellow peaches
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 75 cl of milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 g of butter
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- Lemon
