Peaches in red wine
Instructions
For 5 minute dip peaches in a saucepan of boiling water.
Drain them, put them under cold water and Peel.
Cut them in half and remove the core.
In a saucepan Cook for about 10 minutes the wine with sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, clove and a pinch of nutmeg.
Add peaches, simmer for another 10 minutes and drain.
Please reduce the syrup, pour over the peaches and leave to marinate for half a day.

- 800 g of white peaches
- 100 cl of red wine
- 170 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
