Peaches in Zabaglione (3)
Instructions
Prepare the zabaglione.
Peel the peaches and cut them into wedges.
Place them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and pour over the zabaglione.
Put in the fridge for a few hours and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 6 peaches
- Sugar
- For the zabaglione:
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Half shells 3 of white wine (or wine marsala)
