Peaches in Zabaglione (2)
Instructions
Cook peaches with wine, cloves, 3 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and a little water.
Simmer until peaches are soft and the meat.
To reduce the syrup lively focus.
Remove from heat and discard the spices.
Peel the peaches, place them in 4 cups, cover with the syrup and refrigerate.
Prepare a zabaglione with egg yolks, Marsala and sugar, put it into bowls and serve.
