Stuffed peaches
Instructions
Peel the peaches, split them in half and remove the core; crumble the macaroons; grate the carrot.
Mix the macaroons with carrot and egg and stuffed peaches with this compound.
Grease a baking sheet, arrange the peaches, sprinkle with liqueur, bake for about 20 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and bake for another 5 minutes to caramelize and serve.

- 8 amaretti biscuits
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg
- 1/2 shot of porto wine
- Butter
