Stuffed peaches (2)
Instructions
Wash four peaches, dry, divide them in half without Peel and remove the core.
Remove some pulp in the Middle, collected in a bowl, add all the remaining peach flesh and Peel, sugar, amaretti biscuits, egg yolks and cocoa.
Stir and fill with this mixture half peaches giving the stuffing the Bowl shape.
At the top of each put a butter.
Grease a baking Tin, lay the peaches and bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for one hour.
Serve hot or warm.

- 5 yellow peaches
- 60 g of sugar
- 30 g of cocoa
- 30 g of butter
- 4 amaretti biscuits
- 2 egg yolks
