Take 4 chicken breasts, skin and pull every other flag each batteteli a little.
Then let them FRY in oil and butter them lightly floured.
Remove from heat, let cool and always coil them each in a beautiful slice of ham.
Arrange on a serving plate round and cover with gelatine semifreddo.
Garnish with cold beet salad.
Put in the refrigerator an hour before serving.
