Instructions
Place the chops in a pan greased with butter, season with salt and pepper, let them brown to moderate flame for about 2 minutes.
Spread over each cutlet with a slice of ham and cover with a slice of gruyere cheese.
Put the Pan in the oven, pre-heated to 200 degrees; as soon as the cheese melts, remove the chops, arrange on a hot dish, cover with the broth and serve.
