Bits of omelette with cooked plums and raisins
Instructions
Mix the milk, flour, salt and egg yolks until you get a smooth paste well, add the snow beat with sugar.
Heated in a pan of butter, pour in the batter, throw yourself through switch over the raisins and FRY slowly, turn and finish cooking in the oven.
At this point break the dough with a fork trying to get the irregular pieces from 3 or 4 cm each, pour over the remaining butter and skip the whole thing.
Sweetened and served along with cooked plums.

- 30 cl of milk
- 140 g of flour
- Salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 30 g of sultanas
- 40 g of sugar
- 60 g of butter
- Vanilla icing sugar
