Pigeons at agro
Instructions
Clean the pigeons, wash them and dry them.
Put in a pinch of salt and pepper, chopped Rosemary, bay leaf, Sage and a slice of bacon.
Place in a pan, add salt and pour in the lemon juice filtered to the strainer.
Cover and cook the birds in focus for 45 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice mixed with a knob of butter.
Accompanying wines: Pinot Noir DOC Breganze, Ronco of Simmias VdT, Aglianico Del Sannio Beneventano DOC.

- 2 pigeons
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 2 leaves sage
- 2 lemons
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 walnut butter
