Pilaf with ham
Instructions
Toast the rice in a knob of butter for a minute, pour in the boiling broth, stir, lower the heat and cook without stirring.
Wither in a little oil chopped onion, add the ham and Bacon into cubes and Brown, then add a few grains of pepper.
Season the rice with the mixture, stirring well.

- 320 g of parboiled rice
- 200 g of ham (slices from 200 g)
- 50 g of bacon spread
- 1 onion
- 65 cl of broth
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Green pepper in grains
