Peas with bacon (2)
Instructions
Chop the onion and let it wilt earthenware in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons oil and 20 g of butter.
Add the Diced Bacon and sauté over medium heat.
Throw the still frozen peas, seasoned with crushed nuts, wet with half a glass of warm water, pepper, cover and cook over low heat for 18 minutes, stirring often.
Serve the peas in pan.

- 80 g of bacon (sliced from 40 g)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 1/2 of nut
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
